Files are transferred by secure SSL encryption, TLS encryption and with password protection. Sensitive data is always destroyed and deleted following completion of work in line with GDPR requirements.

Fully DBS checked (able to provide an updated DBS certificate if required).

Practice management, appointments, emails, audio typing, invoices and billing, organising diagnostic tests, contacting patients, liaising with embassies, procuring LOG letters, etc.

Rates:
Medical secretarial and PA work - £18 / $22 per hour.

48 hour turnaround - 80p / $1 per audio minute

24 hour turnaround - 90p / $1.10 per audio minute
-
12 hour turnaround - £1.10 / $1.35 per audio minute
